Royal Petrol Filling Station Loyalty Program

Royal Petrol LLP operates a network of gas stations under the Royal Petrol and Continent brands. Our loyalty program is designed to reward both new and regular customers of Royal Petrol filling stations and Continent mini markets. Through this program, we offer bonus points (Bonuses), special discounts, and tailored offers to enhance your shopping experience.

Program Rules: These are the guidelines that govern our loyalty program and are essential for all members to follow.

Participants: Eligible members include adults and minors aged 14 and above who can legally conduct minor household transactions. Participants must be registered individuals with a valid identification number as per the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Participant Questionnaire (Questionnaire): When registering for the program, participants provide personal information. By completing the Questionnaire, participants willingly consent to the processing of their personal data under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V dated May 21, 2013, "On personal data and their protection". This includes advertising and informational communications via email, instant messaging, SMS, phone, and mail, as well as automated data processing and database creation. Consent remains valid until it is withdrawn in writing by the participant.

Virtual Card: This is an electronic card accessible through our Mobile Application, without a physical counterpart.

Bonus Points (Bonuses): These are units awarded when participants purchase goods at Royal Petrol stations, based on program conditions. Each Bonus point equates to 1 tenge and can only be used to buy products within the Royal Petrol network.

Bonus Account: This is a record in our program database that tracks the accrual, deduction, and current balance of a participant's Bonuses.
