Airtel Tribe empowers retailers to efficiently manage customer service and their Airtel accounts in one convenient app.

The Airtel Tribe app provides comprehensive customer service capabilities, including new customer registration, modification of existing registrations, SIM swaps, mobile number portability (MNP), airtime and bundle purchases, agent cash-in/cash-out, bill payments, and electronic value distribution (EVD)/agent money transfer for other retailers.

Retailers can also effortlessly manage their Airtel accounts through the app, accessing features such as profile viewing and editing, stock viewing, updating, requesting, and purchasing; viewing sales hierarchies; resetting AM/EVD PINs and unlocking accounts; managing agent loans; and performing banking services. The app offers a complete transaction history, commission details, and retailer performance metrics on Airtel services, enabling self-service and streamlined service requests. Furthermore, it provides access to training materials, surveys, and manages digital notices for retailers.

Supporting Airtel Africa's operations, the app is available in English and French. Airtel Tribe is designed for user-friendliness and optimized to enhance business productivity for retailers.
