To ensure you can fully benefit from Eve Connect, please note the following requirements:

• Compatibility with Alfen’s Eve Single S-line and Eve Single Pro-line EV charging stations
• Requires NG Firmware version 6.3 or higher
• Both the charging station and your mobile device must be connected to the same LAN network via an ethernet cable between the router and the charging station
• A first-time login password is required for the charging station
• An Active Load Balancing (ALB) license is necessary if you plan on utilizing solar charging
