Castle Duels 3.0 Update Enhances Tower Defense with Major Tweaks
The latest update for *Castle Duels: Tower Defense* has arrived with version 3.0, and it's now officially available for players worldwide. The game initially soft launched in select regions back in June 2024. This update brings a host of new features, challenges, and adventures to enhance your gaming experience.
What’s New In Castle Duels: Tower Defense 3.0?
One of the most exciting additions in this update is the introduction of clans. This feature allows you to team up with other players, opening up a world of new possibilities. You can now trade units, send rewards to your entire clan, and purchase items from the clan store. If you're into PvP, you can hone your skills through training battles. You'll be able to join or create a clan once you reach Arena 2.
Another thrilling feature is the Clan Tournament, where clans of five compete against each other. The clan that completes the daily quests the fastest wins the top prize. This tournament is available to players who have reached Arena 5.
And Some Faces Got Tweaks And Name Changes
In this update, several units have undergone name changes and role adjustments. Raphael is now known as Angel, Knight of Light has been renamed to Risen, and Forestlord is now called Woodbeard. Angel's role has shifted from boosting damage to restoring health, making it a more effective support and healer. Riding Hood has transformed into a long-range damage dealer.
The Golem, previously a versatile unit, now has a reduced ability range to better fit its role as a melee warrior. Meanwhile, Fighter has taken on a Defense role with a new ability that repels opponents and reduces their damage.
Visually, some units have been updated to stand out more as they progress through the merge ranks. Units such as Pirate, Alchemist, Poison Frog, Combat Engineer, and Vampire now boast fresh new looks.
