Crashlands 2 Update 1.1 Reintroduces Compendium
Today marks an exciting milestone for fans of Crashlands 2, as Butterscotch Shenanigans has just released a significant update, version 1.1. This update brings back elements from the original game that players have been eagerly requesting, along with new features and improvements.
What’s in Store in Crashlands 2 Update 1.1?
The highlight of this update is the introduction of Legend Mode, designed for those seeking a higher challenge. Enemies in Woanope are now faster, deal more damage, and boast increased HP, while Flux Dabes has become even more fragile. While there are no new achievements for conquering Legend Mode, successfully completing it will automatically unlock all achievements from lower difficulty levels as a reward.
On the other end of the spectrum, Explorer Mode has been added for players who prefer a more relaxed experience. This mode significantly reduces combat intensity, allowing players to focus on farming mushrooms, building charming homes, and fishing without the constant threat of danger. It's perfect for those who wish to immerse themselves in the game's story, decorate their base, and interact with the quirky characters of Crashlands 2.
One of the most requested features, The Compendium, makes a triumphant return. This tool meticulously tracks all of Flux's discoveries, from pets and recipes to items, helping players keep tabs on what they still need to find to achieve their goals.
Pets also got a bit of an upgrade
With Update 1.1, pets in Crashlands 2 have received significant enhancements. They now actively participate in battles and come equipped with unique abilities that can be activated every 20 seconds, adding a new layer of strategy to encounters.
Gear crafting has been expanded with the introduction of random bonus stats on armor, offering more variety and personalization. Additionally, players can now enjoy an array of new gadgets, weapons, and trinkets, further enriching the gameplay experience.
Quality of life improvements are also a major focus of this update. Players can now build on a wider variety of terrain, customize the location of their home teleporter, and adjust the darkness of nighttime settings, making the game more accessible and enjoyable.
Crashlands 2 is available on the Google Play Store and was initially launched on April 10th. This latest patch demonstrates Butterscotch Shenanigans' commitment to responding to player feedback and continuously enhancing the game.
