First, you'll need to unlock Agrabah. This enchanting realm awaits behind a door at the top of the Disney castle, but be prepared—entry costs 15,000 Dreamlight.
Agrabah is currently battling fierce sandstorms. To reach Jasmine, navigate the arches and ascend the blue-planked ramp to the left. Lower the upright plank to create a bridge, then use your pickaxe to clear the path. Continue traversing the rooftops, carefully avoiding the pesky sand devils that will send you back to the start. Gliding is highly recommended for efficient navigation. Once past the sand devils, break down the barrier on the double doors with your pickaxe and finally, meet Jasmine!
Your encounter with Jasmine initiates a captivating questline. You'll work to save Agrabah, reunite Aladdin and the Magic Carpet, and ultimately bring the entire Agrabah crew to Dreamlight Valley.
