Get ready, Genshin Impact fans! The much-anticipated Version 5.5 update, "Day of the Flame's Return," is set to launch on March 26th, bringing even more excitement to Natlan. This update promises a wealth of new content, both in terms of storyline and gameplay enhancements.

One of the most awaited features in this update is the addition of controller support for Android devices. This long-requested feature will finally become a reality with Version 5.5. You can find more details on the supported controllers here.

What Does Genshin Impact Version 5.5 Have in Store?

Venture deep into the southwestern part of Natlan, where you'll encounter a new tribe, a massive volcano, and fresh characters. The Great Volcano of Tollan holds ancient secrets and a sacred city that has been dormant for ages. As you navigate the magma-filled region, you'll uncover the mysteries behind the "Flamelord's Blessing" and the enigmatic Little One. Along your journey, you'll meet the Collective of Plenty, a tribe that values fitness and strength, turning challenges into a way of life.

Two new playable characters will join the roster in Genshin Impact Version 5.5: Varesa and Iansan. Varesa, a 5-star Electro Catalyst user, can restore Phlogiston after consuming food, making her a unique support character outside of battle. Iansan, a 4-star Electro Polearm wielder and one of Natlan's six heroes, combines offense and support. When a teammate triggers a Nightsoul Burst, she gains the Warming Up effect, allowing her to provide continuous healing.

In the first phase of Version 5.5's Event Wishes, you can pull for Varesa and Iansan, along with Xianyun's rerun. This will be followed by reruns for Xilonen and Venti. Check out all these exciting additions below.

The Bloomflower Trials Are Making a Comeback

During your adventures, you'll encounter Mavuika, Ifa, and other Natlan allies to help a sick Saurian. A new mini-game, "Saurian Treasure Seeker," will have you guiding baby Saurians through obstacles to collect treasures. Participating in this event will allow you to invite Ororon for free.

On the challenge front, a new boss, the Lava Dragon Statue, awaits in the volcanic fissures. You can download the game from the Google Play Store and dive into this massive update once it's released.
