Honor of Kings Plus Unveils Largest Update

Honor of Kings is launching its most significant update yet, an overhaul so substantial it has prompted a rebrand to Honor of Kings Plus. A wide array of enhancements and new content arrives tomorrow, June 24th. From graphical improvements and battle system adjustments to a brand-new customizable hero, the game is evolving across multiple fronts.

Leading the charge is Flowborn, the first player-customized avatar in Honor of Kings Plus. This is your hero to shape, allowing you to tailor everything from their look to their core attributes. The first variant, the Marksman, launches tomorrow, with the Tank and Mage versions following in July. These heroes will also introduce a new in-match mechanic for dynamically adjusting combat performance.

The update also debuts a completely revamped Honor Pass. Its inaugural season is themed around the KWC, rewarding players with Nuwa – Syzygy Moonlight at tier one and a free Alessio EWC skin at tier 80. For the first month, all players who update will receive the Elite Pass for free, while Deluxe Pass holders will earn bonus tokens for future seasons.

Furthermore, a streamlined mission system now ties progression more directly to gameplay. Highlight moments and campaign completion, among other achievements, will contribute directly to Honor Pass advancement. Star rating adjustments have also been refined to better reflect individual performance, even in a defeat. Execute a stunning 1v9 play or single-handedly secure a tower, and you could still gain stars—or at least avoid losing them.
