Six Invitational 2025 Format
The format remains unchanged from 2024, but for newcomers, let's break it down. The tournament features two phases: a group stage and a double-elimination playoff.
Initially, teams are divided into four groups for a round-robin stage. Every match is crucial, impacting both survival and playoff seeding.
The top four teams from each group enjoy a significant advantage, starting in the upper bracket and skipping a playoff round. Their minimum finish is 9th-12th place. Teams placing second and third also begin in the upper bracket, allowing for one loss before elimination. Teams finishing fourth enter the lower bracket, facing a must-win scenario in every match. A fifth-place finish means elimination.
