JP Server Pre-Reg Begins with Unique Twist

ETE Chronicle:Re JP Server Pre-Registration is Open! Gear up for action-packed battles alongside badass girls! This revamped version addresses the shortcomings of the original Japanese release.

The original ETE Chronicle, launched in Japan, fell short of expectations due to its turn-based gameplay, disappointing many who anticipated a mecha action title. The developers responded to this feedback by completely overhauling the game for its Chinese release, creating a true action experience. ETE Chronicle:Re, this updated version, replaces the original Japanese game, which will be shut down. Existing players from the original JP server will have their purchases transferred to the new game.

A World in Ruins: The Story

ETE Chronicle:Re plunges you into a post-apocalyptic future where humanity struggles for survival. The Yggdrasil Corporation, wielding powerful Galar tactical exoskeletons and their Tenkyu orbital base, has ravaged the Earth. Hope lies with the Humanity Alliance, who utilize advanced E.T.E. combat machines piloted by skilled female operatives. As an enforcer, you'll lead these girls into battle, your decisions shaping their fates and the war's outcome.

Dynamic Combat: Half-Real-Time Action

Commanding four characters, you'll engage in fast-paced, half-real-time battles demanding strategic thinking and quick reflexes. The dynamic combat system requires constant adaptation to enemy attacks.

However, concerns remain. Some players found the original game's repetitive combat frustrating, citing the fixed enemy distances preventing flanking maneuvers and the lack of individual character control. Whether ETE Chronicle:Re successfully addresses these issues remains to be seen.
