Where to Find Lord Semine’s Sword in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 (KCD2)

In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, the wedding of Lord Semine and Agnes hits a snag when the ceremonial sword, crafted by the player, vanishes. Radovan reveals the theft and mentions seeing a man in yellow. Investigating, you’ll find several yellow-clad individuals, but only Hans, in the stable's upper level, offers a lead: Svatya, the bailiff's son and the bride's brother, is the culprit.

Hans, though not the thief, witnessed Svatya taking the sword. He suggests questioning Svatya directly. Find Svatya near the musicians by the stables; he's easily identified by the sword in his possession. He confesses to the theft, motivated by resentment towards Old Semine. Svatya reveals he tossed the sword into the nearby pond.

Locate the pond. If you danced with Myshka, she'll have already led you there. Otherwise, it's behind Radovan. Retrieve the sword from the pond. Return the recovered sword to Radovan. You can choose to reveal Svatya's guilt or simply focus on the sword's recovery. With the sword returned, the wedding proceeds, allowing you to complete any time-sensitive tasks before congratulating the happy couple and advancing the main quest.
