Marvel Snap Unveils Exciting Sanctum Showdown Mode

Are you ready to ascend to the ranks of the Sorcerer Supreme? Marvel Snap has just introduced an exhilarating new limited-time mode called Sanctum Showdown, and it's set to run for the next two weeks. This event brings a fresh way to compete with innovative snapping mechanics and a unique win condition. It's your chance to showcase your strategic prowess!

In the Sanctum Showdown mode, the traditional gameplay of reaching turn six is replaced with a race to 16 points. The key to victory lies in the central Sanctum location, which awards the most points each turn. But here's the twist: snapping mechanics are revamped. From turn three onwards, you can snap once per turn to boost the Sanctum's value by one point, keeping the game's momentum in constant flux.

Each match in Sanctum Showdown requires one Scroll to enter, but victory rewards you with another Scroll, ensuring continuous play. You start with 12 Scrolls and receive two more every eight hours. If you deplete your Scrolls, you can replenish them for 40 Gold. Regardless of the match outcome, every game contributes to your Sorcerer Rank and earns you Charms. These can be redeemed in the Sanctum Shop for exclusive cosmetics or new cards.

Thinking of leveraging Captain Marvel or Dracula to turn the tide? Think again! Certain cards and locations are banned in this mode to ensure fair play. Abilities that affect final outcomes won't work here, and cards like Debrii have been excluded to avoid one-sided strategies.
