Submit key details of marriage documents. Search and retrieve them effortlessly later.

This app (Search Kabinnama - Kazi Office) is primarily designed for marriage registrars (Kazis). Many registrars manually record marriage details in registers for easy future retrieval, often searching by the bride's name initials from a particular year. Three main challenges exist here. First, manually writing each document in a register can be tedious and is sometimes skipped due to oversight. Second, there is a constant risk of losing the physical register. Third, locating a specific document later can be difficult or time-consuming. This app (Search Kabinnama - Kazi Office) was developed to solve these problems. By using this app, you can easily save details such as the bride's name, father's name, marriage year, and the specific book and page number of the registration. Later, you can simply search using the bride's name and marriage year to instantly find the corresponding book and page number. This data is permanent and will not be lost, though you can delete it if desired. You can enter the information right after performing the marriage ceremony. The app allows you to view all your saved marriage records in one place. Records are private and cannot be viewed by others. You can search using the first letter of a name, the full name, or filter by marriage year to find any document quickly.
